Returns
If you believe you have received the wrong product or have changed your mind about the product please contact us on enquiries@helenexley.com or use the Contact Us enquiry form within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide return information. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product/s. Please note that goods being returned remain your property until they are received by Exley Publications Ltd. Unless the refund is due to a faulty or incorrect item, your refund will not include P&P costs.
Shipping
Shipping to a UK address will be either a 1st or 2nd class service with Royal Mail. You can select your preferred service at checkout. Orders over £40 qualify for free 2nd class postage to a UK address. We can ship to an international address. All international parcels are sent using a tracked service, we have found this to be the only reliable way to get orders to our customers. International shipping costs start from £12.95 and depend on your location.
